| Dreamwave took some of the greatest steps by not disrupting the G1 continuity ( or lack thereof ) and filled that massive gap between the end of US TV season 2 and the animated movie (which is the, hands down, best TF screen presentation ever) and also started the pre-earth "War Within" stories.
